Banana Overnight Oats

 

This is one of my all time favorite oats recipes. Took me a while to love oats because I didn’t know how to cook them. I didn’t know whether I like them cooked or raw, better with water or milk. After a lot of trial & error, I became an OATS EXPERTISE! 🙂

This is how wonderfully & simple you can make your oats.

Ingredients

Old Fashioned Rolled oats

Any kind of milk (I prefer skimmed or Almond Milk)

Honey

Low fat yoghurt

½ Banana

Method

Combine ¼ Cup of oats + 1/3 Cup of milk + 1 Teaspoon of honey + 1 big Tablespoon of yoghurt in a jar with lid.

Leave them overnight in the fridge to allow time for the oats to soak up all the honey & milk.

Before eating them, add ½ the banana + 1 tea spoon of peanut butter & another splash of milk & ENJOY 🙂 xoxo

**Peanut Butter (no sugar) + Chia seeds on top are optional
