Dahab Fitness Camp

Last weekend I teamed up with Mohamed Khatib (I Coach founder) & took our team to Dahab on a long weekend fitness camp.

Dahab is one of the best diving destinations in Egypt, known for the very laid back simple living. Also known for its gigantic most miraculous mountains.


It was all about spending time together, sharing goals; dreams & helping them transform their mindsets. My goal was to provide a getaway weekend where they restart their engines, detach from their phones, life commitments & clear their minds to reach their goals in health & fitness.

We set out on a hike through the mountains from the famous blue hole to Ras Abu Galum

After the hike, we chilled in the sun & ended the day with a short workout before we headed back hiking again to Blue Hole.

Enjoying life in a healthy way isn’t just about eating lettuce & being in the gym 2 hours a day. The best part about moving every day is that when you get the chance to travel & experience new activities, you really get to enjoy & feel how you became fitter & more energetic.

Surround yourself with people who will lift your spirit UP & will push you out of your comfort zone.

We meditated between the mountains, ate bedouin home cooked food & all we could hear was the echo of our own voices
