HOLY Guacamole!

 

If I would pick one snack that I wouldn’t get bored of, It would be guacamole dip with crunchy veggies. I absolutely love it & its packed with all those healthy fats & fibers that will fill up your tank for hours. Here is how I do it.

 

Ingredients

1 Ripe Avocado

Salt+Pepper

Onions

Tomatoes

Lemon

Jalapenos (Optional)

 

Method:

Scoop the avocados out of their skins, removing the stones. Mash it with a fork; add a generous amount of salt & pepper.

Dice ¼ an onion & ¼ a tomato

Squeeze one lemon

Add some jalapeno peppers

Stir well then serve 🙂

PRO TIP: If you want to ripen the avocado quicker, Cover it with foil paper & put it in a dark plastic bag for few days.
