MANGO CHIA PUDDING

More Antioxidants than blueberries

More Calcium than milk

More Omega 3 than Salmon

I am talking CHIA PUDDING! These poppy seeds are packed with protein, fibers, omega 3s & most importantly they make you feel full.

How much do I need? One to two tablespoons daily.

How to take them?

Chia pudding for a sweet treat or you can always sprinkle them on oats, add them to your smoothies or scatter over your salads.

Here is the BASE recipe

½ cup of milk

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 Tablespoon of maple syrup or honey

Whisk & put in the fridge for at least 4 hours to allow it to thicken & absorb all the liquid.

Here I added fresh mangoes & shredded coconut BUT you can start with the base recipe & get creative with all the flavours that make you feel happy & light 🙂

Pro Tip: Try next time to add cocoa powder & sliced bananas! PERFECT FOR KIDS
