No Bake Energy Balls

This easy & healthy recipe is a perfect option for pre or post workout snacking!

And if you get the chance to make a big batch & store them in the freezer, Your life will change 😀

All you need is:

1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 5-10 minutes

1 cup rolled oats

¼ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

1 Tablespoon of raw unsweetened cocoa powder

Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Roll dough out into 1 inch balls, Put in fridge for 1Hour & Nom, Nom, Nom

**Those energy balls are an excellent snacks for kids as well xx
