As a new mom, many of us want or have the desire to get back in shape & feel like our old selves again.

Phrases like QUICK BOUNCE BACK TO YOUR PRE PREGNANCY WEIGHT OR TRANSFORM IN JUST 30 DAYS.
These expectations are driven by what society wants from us ( and of-course BIG MARKETING COMPANIES) & the next thing you find yourself doing is buying into those slimming belts or detoxing on tea or by the shame of not being able to control what goes into your mouths.
I only felt like myself again & started regaining my fitness & worshiping my body again when i got in touch with my values & ditched the value systems of others.
I started asking myself.. why do i want to lose those extra pounds?
It was crystal clear to me that i want to feel lighter around Ghazal, i wanted to be healthier & more active. Its not because i wanted a six pack abs on the beach.
If you are struggling to get on the wellness game again… think about the future you want for yourself. Visualize feeling light & in a great mood. Daydream about people telling you that you look like your son/daughter age.
Put a plan on paper, hire a personal trainer, celebrate small achievements, expect some setbacks.. & enjoy the ride :))
